Oil Free Salad Dressing

2 – 3 T Balsamic Vinegar or other vinegar

1 – 2 T Dijon mustard of other mustard

2 T cooked chickpeas (opt.)

1 – 2 T water

  • Place ingredients into a container (or personal blender, if using beans) and shake to mix.

  • Use on salads, rice, vegetables, or most anything.
