FC Thick Potato Chips

Use any baking potato for this recipe (including sweet potatoes). Scrub the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.


With the flat side down, slice the potato into 1/4 inch slices (or thicker) that can stand up on their end.


Place them on a non stick cookie sheet or a silicone mat on a cookie sheet. Because they are standing on end some potatoes will brown nicely on both sides.


Bake at 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until slightly browned, “puffed” and baked through.


These can be served with BBQ sauce, ketchup or even Dijon mustard. BBQ sauce and ketchup can be found sweetened with agave nectar.
