FC Potato Vegetable Soup

4 cups of vegetable soup stock or water (enough to cover)

4 cups of potatoes, cubed

1 cup of celery, diced

1 carrot, shredded

1 medium onion, diced

1 cup broccoli, small pieces


1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

½ teaspoon basil

½ teaspoon sage

½ teaspoon tarragon

2 tablespoons Bragg amino acids


½ cup plant milk


Prepare the potatoes and vegetables and put into a slow cooker (crock pot) with the stock and/or water. Cook on high for 4 – 5 hours. Add the seasonings and milk and cook for ½ hour longer. Remove part of the mixture and allow it to cool; place it in a blender and return it to the soup for a creamier texture.


This soup can also be made on the stove. Cook the potatoes and vegetables until they are soft and add the seasonings. You will enjoy this soup… it is very tasty.
