EZPZ Chips and Salsa

Ezekiel 4:9 tortillas or Brown Rice tortillas

Salsa, hummus or Melted Sauce

The tortillas can be toasted in a toaster oven or a regular oven. If you take them directly out of the freezer it will take a little longer to thaw and dry out. It is up to you whether you want a “chip” or a soft tortilla. In the oven you might want to heat the oven to 350 degrees and check the tortilla in about 4 minutes to see how close it is to being the way you like it. Recheck every minute or so because they will burn. Blackened tortillas are not tasty.

After it is toasted you can break it apart and make chips out of it but if you like your chips to be nice and neat, you have to cut them before you toast them.

Chips and Salsa is a really easy and very good meal. I’ll bet you could eat this frequently… I know I could.
