I have been trying to make better choices for a long time. I would eat well and then make a few bad choices; I was trying but only half the time.
I was experiencing some little problems that I could “put up with” since they were more of a nuisance than serious issues. I had achy joints, I didn’t sleep well, I fell asleep every time I sat down and I could not lose any weight. Since I have gotten serious about following the Choose Well Program and really “choosing well”, I have noticed marked improvement in my joints; I sleep more soundly at night and am more alert during the day. I have started to lose weight and have more energy every day that I make good food choices.
I am thrilled about my progress and will continue to make good choices. Thanks to the Food Coach I truly am “Choosing Well”.
