I am so glad that you have made this commitment to focus on your food choices. That is a great decision and one that you will find is extremely valuable. But you know what… if you listen to all the radio and TV and magazine information you will get a lot of opinions about how to be healthy. It gets really confusing. Fortunately, there is a way for us to think about what is best for us. We can look at what God told us to eat and then see if that actually works by looking at people around the world. We can also look at good scientific research and guess what… it is no surprise that the Bible’s instructions actually keep people healthier and stronger.


None of us can make the perfect choice every time but we can make better choices more often and that will help us to stay healthier.


During the next six weeks we will find great recipes (old and new) that you enjoy. These recipes and meal ideas can go into a notebook (as described on the Food Coach website) so that you have them at your fingertips. Our goal is to find several meal plans that you really enjoy and can easily prepare again and again.
