It’s pretty important that we choose foods with a lot of nutrition and very few calories. We have to nourish our cells but not with too many calories. Our cells are looking for phytochemicals (that’s a cool word) and enzymes and hormones (men have those too). They are not looking for aspartame and FD&C Red #40or hydrogenated oil, etc… every cell will agree. “Nutrient dense – calorie poor – toxins zero”… that’s our goal.
Today looks like a great day so be sure to consume lots of “phytos” to fight the destruction of your cells.
