Tofu Salad Dressing Base

1/2 package Nasoya firm, silken tofu (7 oz.)

1/3 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup water


1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Process the cashews and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend.


Tofu Tahini Dressing


To 1/4 cup Dressing Base add:

1/2 teaspoon tahini

1/4 teaspoon Bragg Amino Acids

1 teaspoon Mrs Dash (Table Blend or Original)


Tofu Orange Dressing


To 1/4 cup Dressing Base add:

1 tablespoon orange juice

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

The Dressing Base allows you to be creative and add other seasonings that you enjoy. You may want to stir in some dill, parsley, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast or even vegetables like cucumbers or peppers.
