Chopping Vegetables for a Salad


Because we eat salads daily a little preparation saves a lot of time. If vegetables are washed  and in containers (rather than plastic bags) it becomes easy to pull out the containers, cut up what you need, put them back in the refrigerator and have your salad. On this video there are several vegetables but I don’t always have all of them in my salad. The ingredients vary from day to day… just to keep things interesting.
