EZPZ Baked Potato and Vegetables

1 Russet or sweet potato per person*

Broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower or carrots


Scrub the potatoes and bake in a 425 degree oven for 1 hour or until you can easily pierce it with a fork. (You can also microwave the potatoes).


Steam the vegetables of your choice.


Season the potato with Mrs Dash, Faux Parmesan, Dijon mustard, salsa or a combination.


Vegetables can be seasoned the same way.


*You can bake extra potatoes and have them ready for quick Potato Broils.
