1 whole wheat pizza crust
1 jar no oil (or less than 20% of calories) spaghetti sauce
If you need a “meat” use Quorn “Grounds”
Using a whole wheat crust from a grocery store spread spaghetti sauce (no or low salt) on the crust. Top with vegetables and Quorn (if desired) and bake in the oven according to package directions for the crust.
