Easy Breakfast

Choose dry cereals without added sugar: Uncle Sam Cereal, Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs, Ezekiel 4:9 cereal

~  or  ~

Cereals with very few ingredients: Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Puffed Rice

~  or  ~

1 cup cooked cereal: steel cut oats, rolled oats

Wasa cracker

Hummus (oil free)


  • Moisten with plant milk
  • Add: banana and/or berries (your choice)
  • Add: 1 teaspoon sweetener (your choice)
  • Spread hummus on Wasa cracker
