Cranberry Relish, Raw

3 cups fresh cranberries (12 oz. bag)

1 apple, chopped

1 orange, chopped

1 pear, chopped

½ cup pineapple, chopped

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup dates, chopped

½ cup raisins

¼ – ½ cup raw honey or date sugar*

¼ teaspoon each cinnamon, ginger, allspice

1/8 teaspoon cloves



  • Grind the cranberries in a food processor. Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

This relish is good as soon as you mix it but after the flavors mingle for a day in the refrigerator it is amazing.
