Golden Mashed Potato Sauce

2 cups vegetable broth

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons tahini

1/4 cup brown rice flour

 

Put the ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until smooth and thick. Serve at once.

 

This is definitely a simple recipe (I like simple) and it makes a pretty good amount of sauce. It will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days but you can always prepare only half the recipe. Enjoy this Golden Sauce on rice, potatoes or vegetables.
