EZPZ Brown Rice and Red Sauce

1 – 2 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup steamed onions

1/2 cup steamed mushrooms

Your choice of spaghetti sauce or Marinara Sauce.

 

Mix the rice and vegetables. Pour sauce over the rice. Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables.

 

The amount of vegetables you use can vary according to your tastes. If you have a rice cooker you can cook the vegetables with the rice and your meal will be waiting for you when you get home.
