In general, there are two concepts upon which we can make our food choices:
Do you have to eat only plant foods? Absolutely not. But… the more plants in your diet, the healthier you will be.
Not only is it possible to reverse chronic conditions but we can expect to be more agile, more energetic and therefore happier and more productive. Personally, I think it is worth it. Plus… the foods we are learning to enjoy are really satisfying and delicious.
