8 Two Reasons

Good Morning,

 

In general, there are two concepts upon which we can make our food choices:

  • ·Based on the information we have looked at in our Sessions we have discovered that there is no health benefit to choosing animal products.
  • ·Secondly, when we look at populations around the world and specific people (whose diet we know about) we can see that people are healthier on a whole food, plant based diet that includes fat but NOT free oils.

 

Do you have to eat only plant foods? Absolutely not. But… the more plants in your diet, the healthier you will be.

 

Not only is it possible to reverse chronic conditions but we can expect to be more agile, more energetic and therefore happier and more productive. Personally, I think it is worth it. Plus… the foods we are learning to enjoy are really satisfying and delicious.
