Dry cereals: Uncle Sam Cereal; Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs; Ezekiel 4:9 cereal; Puffed Wheat and Puffed Rice

Cooked cereals: Cream of Wheat original; Bob’s Red Mill Muesli; Hodgson Mill Muesli; Arrowhead Mills Steel Cut Oats; Quaker Old Fashioned Oats; Bob’s Red Mill Cornmeal (grits); rice

Flavor with 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (Or other sugars); cinnamon, cloves, carob powder

Add fruit; use dried fruit sparingly

Use raw seeds sparingly; toasted wheat germ

Whole wheat toast; Wasa crackers or other oil free crackers (Rice Snaps; Ryvita; Kavli; Finncrisp)

Hummus (oil free) on toast or crackers

Nut butters (use sparingly as they are high in calories)
