Vinaigrette

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar

3 teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 – 2 tablespoons raw honey or agave

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch to thicken

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill.

  • The dressing will thicken as it sits.
