Peanut Sauce with Red Pepper

6 tablespoons PB2 mixed with 3 tablespoons water)

1 tablespoon tahini

2 – 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 – 3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon each minced garlic and minced ginger

3 drops of Tabasco

1/4 cup roasted red pepper

1 tablespoon water to thin, if necessary

  • Blend all ingredients (except red pepper) in a small blender until smooth. Add the pepper and process but allow some pepper flecks to remain.
