We have one body for our entire lifetime. Isn’t it a good thing that it knows how to heal wounds, digest food, get rid of waste, pump blood, remove toxins, take in oxygen (and lots more) and do it without our having to think about it? It seems like taking good care of it would be a worthwhile effort. It’s like having a well built house to live in, but each time a repair is needed we ignore the problem or use inferior products to fix it. The house will begin to deteriorate quickly and lose value much sooner than necessary. Our bodies can be healthy and strong for many, many years allowing us to enjoy the freedom to live independently and fully, to be productive and a blessing to those around us. We simply need to know how to choose good building materials for our body and then… Choose Well.
