Easy Breakfast


Here are 3 ways for an easy breakfast!


Dry Cereals:

Choose dry cereals without added sugar: Uncle Sam Cereal, Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs, Ezekiel 4:9 cereal

Few Ingredients:

Cereals with very few ingredients: Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, Puffed Rice

Make Your Own:

  • 1 cup cooked cereal: steel-cut oats, rolled oats
  • Wasa cracker
  • Hummus (oil-free)
  • Moisten with plant milk
  • Add: banana and/or berries (your choice)
  • Add: 1 tsp sweetener (your choice)
  • Spread hummus on Wasa cracker
